Welcome Baby Ariq

This order came from my junior from school, Wani, welcoming her baby nephew.

Thanks a lot Wani!

Acu's E-Day

One of my best memories with her was our daily lunch date

When I heard the news that my good old friend from my uni days was getting married, I was ecstatic. I couldn't be happier to make a cake for her, even if it means that I'll have to go to Parit Buntar to attend her engagement ceremony. It's a favour I'd have to return for she and a couple of friends were there for me when I got engaged.

Selamat Bertunang, Fizah and I'm looking forward to your wedding :)

"I do"

Linda & Ariff's wedding cake. A big feat for an amateur home baker like me.

Both tiers are moist chocolatey cakes with vanilla buttercream. Same goes with the accompanying cupcakes. Thank you Linda for entrusting me with this momentous task. Kak Anne doakan Linda & Ariff berbahagia sampai ke anak cucu. Amin.

Damia One-derful Birthday

This cake came a bit last minute, squeezed between orders but I couldn't say no to a good friend, Nor (heheh). It's a moist chocolatey cake with vanilla buttercream and fondant. Even the blocks were made with chocolate cake cake.

Happy Birthday Damia!

Linda & Ariff Hantaran Cakes

Linda is the daughter of my neighbour who taught me and the neighbourhood kids the Quran. It's a little funny imagining this young lady getting married when the old image of her, a scrawny girl who's always fighting with her brothers, still etched in my mind.

However, lesson learnt here is: Always.. ALWAYS ask the exact spelling of the couple's names.
